• Photos will be delivered via a link within 2–3 working days (during working hours).
• Props and outfits are included, but parents can bring their own outfits if preferred.
• Floats for hydrotherapy are included in the session.
• Payment must be made via WISH or OMT to secure your package.
• Babies must be in good health for the session. If your baby has had a vaccine within the last 48 hours, has a fever, or is unwell, we recommend rescheduling.
• To ensure a calm and zen experience, your baby should be well-fed and have napped before the session.
• Both parents (mom and dad) must be present during the session. If you’d like to include someone else, please contact the spa beforehand—we may make exceptions.
• Prepare any questions you have ahead of time, as you’ll have the opportunity to meet Myriam the founder of Zen Baby Spa and Zen World Center, who has over 15 years of experience redefining family care and bonding.

1. Voucher Policy
   • All vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable.
   • Vouchers must be used within their stated validity period.
2. Payment Policy
   • Payment must be completed within two days of booking.
   • If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be automatically canceled.
   • Payment methods accepted: Wish or OMT.
   • A payment confirmation or receipt must be sent immediately after payment for validation.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
   • You must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule without losing your package or voucher.
   • Cancellations or rescheduling within less than 48 hours will result in voucher or package cancellation.
4. No-Show Policy
   • If you miss your appointment without prior notice:
   – 50% of the package value will be deducted for full-price packages.
   – Discounted packages will be fully forfeited.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
   • If you miss an appointment due to unforeseen or uncontrollable events, valid proof (e.g., medical certificate or emergency documentation) must be provided within 24 hours.
   • Each case will be reviewed individually.
6. Session Information
   • Location details and an emergency contact number will be shared at least two days before your session.

   • By confirming your booking, you agree to all the terms listed above.
